The four levels of the Kirkpatrick Model are: Level 1: Reaction Level 2: Learning Level 3: Behavior Level 4: Results You’ll notice that Level 1 (Reaction) in the Kirkpatrick Model is similar to stage 3 of the CIRO Model: Reaction Evaluation.
