I do have an extra t-case. Sorry to hi-jack the tread, but this has been a great set up with insanely low gearing. The AA Rock box acts as the adaper and gives more gearing options. WebApr 6, 2024 · I think that I can simply replace the clutch and rebuild the transfer case for roughly $600. I could spend up to a few thousand on the project if it would be a good upgrade, but cant really afford to spend more that $3,000 at this point. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. WebSep 25, 2006 · 2/ tear everything apart, rebuild, and know for sure that it's OK. I'll go with option 1. Option 1 seems like the ticket. The squeal sounds like it's from the transfer case, but it usually squeals as I start to push the clutch in.
