New heads, head gaskets, coolant, temp sensor, 1,2,3 relays, thermostat, engine oil, air bled out, no blown fuses. Basically everything there is. Temp spikes coming to rest off the freeway or in slowdown. Temp gauge goes up, fans don't turn on but do turn on with AC.
